We take care of mounting your TVs, assembling your furniture, and hanging decor, so you can immediately start enjoying your new space without the hassle of unpacking and setting up. It's all about making your move seamless and effortless.

Move-Out Rental Property Refresh

This is a series of tasks aimed at restoring rental property to its original or an improved state before the tenant moves out. This helps ensure the property is in good condition for the next tenant and aids in securing the tenant's full Security Deposit. This includes fixing any minor damage like holes in the walls, broken fixtures, and more.

Individual Services Options

TV Mounting: Professional mounting of your TV on the wall. Pricing starts at

$50.

Pricing depends on size of the TV and materials needed.

Furniture Assembly: Expert assembly of furniture pieces. Pricing starts at $75.00 per hour.

Fixture Installation: Installation of lighting fixtures, shelving, etc. Pricing starts at $60.00 per hour.

Property Restoration: Pre-move-out property restoration to its original condition. Pricing starts at $100.00 per hour.
